Psychotherapy

Mental disorders and illnesses are widespread and have an enormous impact on the quality of life and relationships. In addition to medication, psychotherapy is often very helpful. People seek psychotherapeutic help for

  • Depression - when they can no longer cope and no longer want to
  • Burn out - when they can no longer get off the “hammer wheel”
  • Anxiety and panic - when they can no longer relax and live in the present due to worries about the future
  • Post-traumatic stress disorders - when security needs to be restored together
  • Eating disorders (bulimia, anorexia) - when love no longer goes through the stomach
  • Addictions (alcohol, pornography, etc.) - when cravings lead to a loss of control
  • Personality disorders - when feelings and attachments are frozen or change too quickly.

As a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, I offer you therapeutic help and support on your way out of the crisis. Depending on your individual problem, I use elements from various psychotherapeutic methods:

  • Systemic therapy: solution-oriented brief therapy, work with the inner team / inner family / inner child, narrative approaches, constellation and sculpture work, genogram, etc.
  • Hypnotherapy: activating and using your own unconscious resources in trance
  • Humanistic therapy: empathy, acceptance and authenticity enable you to help yourself.
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy: recognizing problematic thinking and behavior and practicing more helpful thought and behavior patterns
  • Logotherapy: giving meaning to life
  • Relaxation techniques: Progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, breathing relaxation

Mental disorders and illnesses are common and mean an enormous reduction of life and relationship quality. In addition to medical treatment, psychotherapy is often very helpful.

People seek psychotherapy if they suffer from:

  • Depression - if they can not and do not want to live further
  • Burn out - if the "Hamm classifier wheel" can not get
  • Anxiety and panic - when relaxation and living in the present is not possible because of concerns for the future
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder - if security is to be restored together
  • Eating disorders (bulimia, anorexia) - when love no longer goes through the stomach
  • Addictions (alcohol, pornography, etc.) - when the longing addiction leads to loss of control
  • Personality disorders - when emotions and bonds are rigid or too fast changing.

As a psychotherapist, I'm offering therapeutic help and support, so that you can find your way out of crisis. Depending on your individual situation I integrate elements from different psychotherapeutic approaches:

  • Systemic therapy (solution-focused brief therapy, working with the internal team / internal family, narrative approaches, sculpture work, genogram, etc.)
  • Hypnotherapy (Using trance to access unconscious resources)
  • Humanistic therapy
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy
  • Relaxation techniques

Some private health insurances may cover the fee for psychotherapy completely or partially. Although the fees are not covered by a public health insurance, it also has some advantages:

  • Methods Diversity: We are not set to the legally recognized methods (both behavioral and analytic / psychodynamic therapy), but can also include other effective methods.
  • Privacy: No information about your consultation is shared with third parties, and no files are stored - as it is the case if you consult physician or a psychotherapist because of health insurance. Such information stored about you may be a considerable disadvantage, as if you want to apply for the civil service or if you intend to take additional private insurance in the area of disease, life and disability risks.

Structure

A session usually lasts one unit (50 minutes) and the frequency is depending on your concerns.
